What does PPLL stand for?
PPLL stands for Paranoid People Live Longer. It is the short name for the brand and the larger art-and-product universe.

What does "Paranoid" mean here?
In PPLL, Paranoid means controlled situational awareness. It means being observant, prepared, pattern-aware, and harder to fool. It does not mean clinical paranoia.

Is PPLL about mental illness?
No. PPLL does not promote clinical paranoia and does not offer medical or mental health advice. The brand uses "Paranoid" in the practical sense: paying attention, noticing patterns, and staying aware.

Is PPLL a conspiracy brand?
No. PPLL is not a conspiracy brand. It is an art-and-product universe built around original artwork, dark humour, pattern recognition, useful warnings, and observations about human behaviour.

What kind of products does PPLL sell?
PPLL sells art-driven products including stickers, apparel, mugs, prints, archive-style objects, signal pieces, and other products built from original artwork, warnings, rules, and PPLL universe language.

What is a signal object?
A signal object is a physical item that carries meaning beyond its basic use. In PPLL, a sticker, shirt, mug, print, card, or QR-linked object can act as a warning, field note, rule, fragment, or piece of evidence.

What is an observer?
An observer is someone who notices signals, patterns, contradictions, rituals, incentives, and human behaviour before everyone else admits they were there.

Are the products made from original art?
Yes. PPLL uses original artwork, design fragments, writing, warning language, and universe-specific concepts as the foundation for its products.

Where is PPLL based?
PPLL is an independent Canadian project with Ottawa roots.

Is everything connected to a larger universe?
Yes. PPLL products can stand alone, but many also connect to a larger universe of rules, warnings, observers, QR codes, archive fragments, and signal objects.

Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and the United States. International shipping may be available depending on your location — enter your address at checkout to see your options.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My order never arrived. What do I do?

Do you sell digital products?
Yes. Digital product sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
