Quiet pilot: three paid client spots at $150 CAD each. I am testing this service with three real-world workflows before I stop, review the results, and decide what changes.
Some workflows do not fail because people are lazy. They fail because no one has turned the repeated decisions into a clear system.
The Workflow Autopsy - Starter Review is a focused diagnostic service for one messy business, admin, document, content, or operations workflow. You send one workflow that keeps breaking, slowing you down, or creating confusion. I review it and return a written report that identifies the leak points, repeated decisions, human review gates, and one fast visible win you can act on first.
This is not a full implementation build. It is the diagnosis and roadmap. You receive the report. You decide whether to act on it yourself or purchase a separate implementation engagement later.
Good Fit If
- You keep repeating the same decisions, file movements, approvals, follow-ups, or explanations.
- Your documents, folders, emails, product listings, content drafts, forms, or handoffs keep turning into a pile.
- You use AI tools but the outputs feel inconsistent, generic, or hard to control.
- You need a clear outside look at one process before you build a larger system.
- You want a practical report, not a vague motivational productivity sermon.
What You Receive
- A written Workflow Autopsy report delivered by email.
- A plain-language summary of the workflow problem.
- The main leak points where time, attention, quality, or money may be getting lost.
- Repeated decisions that should become rules, templates, checklists, or documented steps.
- Tasks that should stay human because judgment, privacy, approval, money, legal exposure, or voice matters.
- Tasks that may be good candidates for template support or AI-assisted drafting.
- One fast visible win: a concrete first action, routing rule, naming rule, checklist, folder path, or decision point you can use quickly.
- A recommended next action and a possible upgrade path if the workflow needs a larger build later.
What You Send After Purchase
After purchase, you will receive intake questions by email. The work begins after one clear workflow has been named and accepted.
- The name of the one workflow you want reviewed.
- Where the workflow starts and where it ends.
- What keeps going wrong or feeling harder than it should.
- Any relevant examples, screenshots, documents, notes, instructions, or file/folder descriptions.
- Any tools or platforms involved, such as Shopify, email, spreadsheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, local folders, Notion, ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools.
- Any limits I should respect, including privacy, budget, accessibility, approval rules, or staff capacity.
One Workflow Rule
One purchase covers one workflow. If your submission contains several workflows, I will ask you to choose one for this review. Additional workflows require separate reviews.
What This Does Not Include
- No full automation build.
- No custom software development.
- No setup inside your accounts unless separately agreed later.
- No legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or regulated compliance advice.
- No emergency or safety-critical workflow review.
- No guarantee of revenue, traffic, ranking, sales, funding, platform approval, or business results.
- No unlimited revisions.
- No full Bible Stack or larger implementation build unless purchased separately later.
Not Eligible For This Service
This service cannot be used for workflows that require professional legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, clinical, emergency, safety-critical, or regulated compliance judgment. If the submitted workflow falls into one of those categories, the order may be declined or redirected before work begins.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery is by email within 5 business days after intake is accepted. If the intake is incomplete, vague, or contains multiple workflows, the clock does not begin until the workflow is narrowed and accepted.
Purchase Boundary
By purchasing this service, you are purchasing a diagnostic report for one workflow. You are not purchasing a full build, automation setup, software installation, account configuration, legal/medical/financial/tax advice, or guaranteed business result. If your intake contains multiple workflows, I will ask you to choose one for this review.
